Played infamously in the gambling houses and saloons of the old American West, Chuck-a-Luck is a casino game largely antiquated now for its unusually high house advantage. Chuck-a-luck embodies Hannah’s creative philosophy because it is a game of chance. How the dice land before us is often unpredictable and at times unfavorable, however it is through creativity and ingenuity that we are able to navigate and improve upon the world around us.
Hannah Helmbrecht is formally trained in drawing, painting, and printmaking from her studies at Loyola University Chicago, where she also studied Psychology and Philosophy. She continued her education, receiving an Associate’s degree in film production and has freelance experience on commercial and narrative projects. Hannah is an extremely versatile set of hands on any set, and is particularly experienced in writing and production design. She is currently local to Miami, FL.
